what to expect
Losing weight isn’t just about numbers on a scale—it’s about feeling healthier, more confident, and in control of your wellbeing. Brio’s free 12-week Adult Weight Management programme is here to help you build sustainable, long-term healthy habits.
Our 12-week programme provides people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make changes that can make a big difference! People eligible for our weight management service will receive the support they need to live a healthier life. Individuals meeting the eligibility criteria for our weight management programme will be provided with ongoing support and guidance to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Upon embarking on your 12-week journey, you will undergo an initial consultation, where we can really get to know you and the areas you struggle. Subsequently, you will then participate in two (1-hour) group sessions per week, where you will receive advice on nutrition, behaviour change followed by a circuit-based class. Our team will help you set achievable goals and stay motivated throughout your journey.
Our Weight Management Programme is free for eligible adults in Cheshire West and Chester. You need to be referred by a GP or health/social care professional.
