a fresh new look for brio

  • News

For the first time since 2011, we’re unveiling a bold new brand refresh - introducing a redesigned logo and a brand-new website that marks the start of an exciting new chapter for Brio.

As a leading leisure and wellbeing provider in Cheshire West and Chester, we’re dedicated to offering top-tier sport, fitness, and entertainment facilities. With over 20,000 members and more than 2 million visits annually, this transformation reflects our deep commitment to evolving alongside our community’s needs.

Our rebrand has been shaped by the voices of our customers, staff, and wider community. Through consultations, feedback forums, and nearly 900 responses to our ‘Your Voice, Your Impact’ survey, we’ve ensured that both our refreshed brand identity and our new website truly reflect what matters most to you.

Managing Director Matt Parker explains, “This marks a significant step forward in our digital transformation, ensuring we continue to evolve and meet the needs of our customers. By enhancing our online services and modernising our brand, we are aligning with our long-term business goals—making health, wellbeing, and staying active more accessible for everyone. We are incredibly grateful to Cheshire West and Chester Council for their ongoing support.”

Launching on March 14, our refreshed brand features a sleek, contemporary logo, vibrant new colours, and dynamic patterns - designed for versatility across our centres and digital platforms.

We’ve also developed a brand-new website, supported by Cheshire West and Chester Council, to make it easier than ever to access information, book activities, and engage with Brio. Marketing and Communications Manager Charlie Bull states, “Our new website has made it easier than ever for our customers, partners, and stakeholders to access information and take the action they need. With improved functionality, faster navigation, and refreshed content, it provides an intuitive and engaging way to interact with Brio online. This brand refresh reinforces our commitment to innovation, growth, and strengthening community connections.”

While our look has changed, our focus on health, wellbeing, and community remains at the heart of everything we do. This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without valuable input from our customers and partnerships with local businesses like Stride, Canteen Create, Anvil, and CAB - who helped shape our future look both in-centre and online.
