These are the terms and conditions of all memberships. The Member is advised to read the whole of this agreement carefully. This agreement is made between Brio and you (The Member).

Brio Northgate - Early Bird Offer

1. The Brio Northgate Early Bird offer is available from 24th March until 28th April 2026 to all customers, both new and existing, who wish to join Brio Northgate.

2. This offer is valid for all returning Brio and new Brio members. It is not applicable to any current Brio member.

3. The offer can only be applied to the following Brio Northgate membership types: Annual Memberships:

- Annual A/forces Off-Peak

- Annual Junior 11 & Under

- Annual Junior 12-17yrs

- Annual Prem Conc Off-Peak

- Annual Premier

- Annual Premier Concession

- Annual Swim

- Annual Swim Concession

- Annual Workfit

Direct Debit Memberships:

4. All subscriptions purchased via this offer will start from 5th May 2026. Direct Debits will be set up to reflect this start date. Payment for any annual offers will be taken at the time of purchase.

5. The Early Bird offer options are as follows:

o Annual membership option: The fee for 12 months membership will be equivalent to 9 months. This is a 12-month commitment paid upfront.

o Direct Debit membership option: Members will receive 10% off their monthly fee for the first three months. This discount applies to the eligible Direct Debit membership types listed above.

6. This offer must be claimed online only via the discount code BRIONGA2026. This code is publicly available and can be shared and used by anyone.

7. The discount code can only be used once per customer.

8. This offer is only valid for memberships with a home site of Brio Northgate. It cannot be applied to memberships at other Brio sites.

9. For annual memberships: Your annual term period will start from 5th May 2026 and your membership will run for the full 12-calendar month period. Payment will be taken at the point of purchase. Upon expiry of the 12 months, members will be invited to renew their membership, at which they can opt to take out another annual membership at the regular full price, opt to change to a monthly Direct Debit membership, or alternatively choose not to renew. We will contact you in writing at an appropriate time towards the end of the annual period to remind you of this.

10. For Direct Debit memberships: The 10% discount will apply to your monthly payments for the first three months only, starting from 5th May 2026. You first month’s payment will be taken at the point of purchase and will be pro-rated to reflect the 5^th May 2026 opening date. From August 1^st 2026, your membership will continue at the standard monthly rate unless you choose to cancel or change your membership type.

11. For junior members, an adult aged 18 years or over will need to complete the purchase online using the discount code on behalf of the junior member.

12. This offer expires at the end of business on 28th April 2026 and cannot be claimed after this date.

Brio Northgate - VIP Member Offer

The Brio Northgate VIP offer is available from 24th March until 28th April 2026 to all Brio Northgate members who have been members with us since January 2025.
Members who have a current annual subscription which is not due to expire until after the new Brio Northgate has opened can claim their discount online when their current membership expires. In this case, the 28^th April end date does not apply.
The offer is valid for Brio Northgate members ONLY.
